NOSE Caramel, graham cracker, vanilla, honey, roasted nuts, smoke, cinnamon, and a hint of banana bread and Springbank funk. This is a powerful, intoxicating aroma that warms the senses. PALATE Smoke, caramel, banana chips, dried orchard fruit, vanilla, Honey Nut Cheerios, and some oak. Not quite as complex and robust as the aroma, but just as rich and deep. FINISH Long - Caramel, graham cracker, and honey give way to spice and smoke.
