This whiskey is produced from hops that are part of Southern Tier's brewing operations. The hops undergo fermentation and a dry-hopping process to enhance their flavors and aromas before distillation. The final product is bottled at 84 proof.

This is hands down the worst alcohol I've ever tasted, possibly worse than plum brandy from Eastern Europe. Despite a low proof, it strongly smells of methanol, making it suitable only for cleaning surfaces. The flavor, however, is entirely different and can only be described as soaking stale weed in the cheapest vodka, blending it, and drinking it. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.
On the second taste, it resembled a marijuana bud. The intense hop flavor of the wort overshadowed the whiskey's aging profile
Whiskey made from beer and hops, it's a very easy-drinking spirit.
Very easy to drink, has an interesting vibrancy from the hops.
Hops, dirt with earthy floral notes. Not my preference for whiskey.
Tastes like a quickly distilled whiskey, but not bad at all.
