Accompanied by soft white chocolate and a touch of cracked pepper. Finish: Slightly more peppery than anticipated, with increased dryness compared to the palate. Bourbon barrel characteristics are present, including light honey and rich oak. Diluted: Richer and sweeter, with sugar notes more prominent than fruit on the nose. Bourbon barrel elements, especially vanilla, emerge more on the palate. The finish becomes much smoother and pleasantly warm.
