Color: Deep gold reminiscent of a sunset. Nose: Strong, mature pears and floral notes emerge prominently. Damp earthiness, like after rain, is also present. Palate: Sharp, perfumed, and sweet. Surprisingly earthy, similar to cooked oats or muesli with a generous amount of butter. Finish: Warm and sugary, leaning towards dessert rather than a morning meal. Diluted: Subtle sweet fruits on the aroma – apricots and golden apples. The taste is also more subtle, with flaky honeycomb and graham crackers. The finish has more herbal qualities, with some pine-like spice.
