Vanilla is part of Smirnoff's Confections flavored vodka line and is based on the classic grain-based No. 21 vodka. It was formerly marketed as Twist of Vanilla and is bottled at 30% ABV.

It has a harsh burn when consumed neat, but I doubt anyone actually drinks it that way. Its primary purpose is as a mixer, and it excels in that role. It introduces a pleasing vanilla note to cocktails. Try a 2:1 ratio with a base spirit for an added dimension.
Not nearly as harsh as I had anticipated. It almost resembles a precursor to Bailey's that was abandoned. While the initial taste is fine, the finish is hot and burning.
There's a noticeable alcohol burn, but it has a pleasant, sweet vanilla finish. It's just average.
Pronounced vanilla flavor, acceptable when mixed with Coke.
Espresso martini creation.
