Stacy Bethea 2.0

A rich, flavored Canadian whisky from Universal Brands in Princeton, Minnesota, built upon an extra aged Canadian whisky foundation. Natural flavors and caramel color are added before it's bottled at 70 proof. It greets you with aromas of fruit, nuts, wood, and spices. The rich and syrupy body offers notes of butterscotch, caramel, dark chocolate, and a touch of fresh banana, concluding with a rich and warming finish of medium length, featuring hints of pepper, oak, burnt sugar, and anise. As anticipated. The aroma has notes of artificial banana and artificial chocolate. The flavors are similar. Cacao is detectable, but I'm uncertain if it's 'dark.' I also detected strawberry cheesecake in both the aroma and taste. The finish is short, with some alcohol, but concludes with a hint of something attempting to be chocolate.

A hit of chocolate leads into banana, followed by a spicy finish.

Cheryl Guzman 2.5

Not to my taste; the chocolate and bananas are quite detectable.

Steven Dubois 3.0

Very sweet, suitable as a dessert or sipping whiskey.
