EXPERIMENTAL SERIES RELEASE - IVS MEADOWFOAM (OR) NEAT NOSE - Wood, vanilla, and caramel. As expected, honey is also on the nose. Thankfully, the honey isn't too much. It complements the other notes and creates a nice balance. PALATE - Observing the whiskey in the bottle, you can see a lot of barrel char and bits of honey. The mouthfeel is quite satisfying. It's rich and thick, with honey-sweetened wood that lingers on the tongue and the sides of your mouth. Caramel and vanilla are present throughout. It's genuinely surprising how well-proportioned this is. FINISH - Gentle, sweet honey. A lengthy finish. BUY? - Definitely. BUY AGAIN? - Absolutely. It's interesting that they use honey from various locations and bees. It would be neat to compare different kinds of honey.
