Almost like cough syrup. Very sweet with a lingering bitter note. Some pleasant toasted notes remain on the palate.

Sweet flavor, with what seems like a smoky aroma. The whiskey character isn't very pronounced; it's more like a dessert.

Contrary to my expectations, it wasn't excessively sweet. The smoky taste is quite apparent. I enjoyed it.
