I'm terrible at expressing my thoughts in a review, but I love this whiskey. Sweet spices on the nose with a strong alcohol presence at 115.5 proof, yet the taste doesn't come across as overwhelmingly strong. There's a pleasant kick from the higher proof, but the subtle notes of maple and honey balance it out. Honestly, this has rapidly become a favorite of mine, but sadly, it's now unavailable! I'm very eager to see what selections are offered in the future. Keep up the great work.

Honey, caramelized pear, maple syrup extract, and baking spices are noticeable on the nose. Pancakes with maple syrup lead the palate, followed by apple pie filling and a cinnamon red hot finish. The younger bourbon presents an apparent hotness, but the older bourbon contributes the typical oak notes. This is definitely a dessert sipper!
The aroma features juniper and cedar. The palate has strong graham cracker and peanut flavors, with maple syrup appearing in the finish. A slight pepperiness emerges after a few sips.
