Pemberton Distillery, established in 2008, is the sole organic craft distillery in British Columbia. Situated in the Pemberton Valley, the distillery primarily uses locally sourced organic Pemberton potatoes for its spirits, including the Schramm Organic Gin. This London-dry style gin is crafted with six botanicals: juniper, orange peel, cinnamon, rosemary, wild rose hips, and Cascade hops, and is bottled at 44% ABV.
