An intense, fruit Brandy from the Schladerer Distillery in Black Forest (Schwarzwäld), Germany, made with the finest zwetschge plums from Baden. It starts with nut, cinnamon, tobacco, and plum aromas. The balanced middle has more ripe plum and fruit notes. It finishes dry, delicate, yet complex with hints of cherry, spice, and red apple.
