Saint Cloud Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon

I had a serving while enjoying a cigar, and the cinnamon intensity was overwhelming. Unfortunately, the bar lacked proper glassware for nosing, but the palate was satisfying. Cinnamon dominated the initial taste, followed by full-bodied red fruits, and a decent finish. I'm uncertain if I'd purchase a bottle, but I certainly appreciated the pour.

Smells like marshmallow. A lengthy cherry finish.
