Saint Cloud Kentucky Straight Bourbon Batch #2

N: Corn with butter and a bit of a ginger funk. P: Buttery and oily, shifting to a spicy ginger on the mid-palate. Heat from cinnamon, with oak and hay notes. F: Lingering heat and oakiness. Lots of funk. This is quite rustic.

I just don't get this one. It seems unfocused, and not in a positive way.
