Nose - wow, that's definitely bourbon. Sweet vanilla with a punch. Taste - significant burn that persists but lots of sweetness. The aftertaste is almost like birthday cake. The burn doesn't subside as I drink, but neither does the sweetness. I could easily finish this bottle.
