Nose: Vanilla, glazed doughnut. Palate: Vanilla, Coca-Cola, light cinnamon, and oak. Finish: Medium-short, but good for a young whiskey. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.
A very nice and rich pour. Adding just 3 drops of water significantly softens it and brings out more flavors. There's a slight saltiness and a full body with some floral notes on the finish.
Very well-balanced: it's sweet, but not excessively so; possesses great spice notes without being overpowering, and has pleasant, smooth oak characteristics.
Throughout, notes of spiced cherry mingle with oak and dark caramel.
