In November 2019, Irish Distillers introduced four small batch cask strength bottlings for its Redbreast Single Pot Still brand. Each of these batches was matured for 14 years, though it carries no age statement, in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks with varying proportions of barrel formulas. Batch C is bottled at 59.1% ABV, and availability was limited to San Diego, San Francisco, and Boston, with only 252 bottles produced for each batch.

Nutty, chewy, spicy, then that classic Redbreast signature at the end. Lovely sweetness like malted barley mixed with wood makes this a lovely dram. A drop of water brings out pleasant cereal notes.
