Sylvia Eldridge 3.0

There's much less sherry influence compared to the standard 12, leaning more towards bourbon. It's a very nice sample, as it's primarily available only through the website or the distillery.

Charlene Martell 4.5

A fine single pot still, as anticipated from Redbreast. Despite being cask strength, it's enjoyable on its own. Smooth, flavorful, with a lengthy finish.

Trevor Heller 3.8

Quite spicy and remarkably smooth, even at cask strength
