Rare Character Single Barrel Series CHRISS'/DEBS LIQUOR

This 7-year, 7-month spirit (Barrel No. VER-018, 116.30 proof, 58.15% ABV, distilled 9-15-2017, bottled 4-2025, Mash Bill 75/21/4) offers a nose of Toasted Oak, Burnt Orange Peel, Caramel, and Brown Sugar. The palate is viscous, mirroring the nose with an added subtle spice that doesn't dominate. The finish is bold yet medium in length, with oak, brown sugar, and caramel as the primary notes. While amazing for its age, it doesn't quite justify a $100 price tag; $70 would be more fitting. Nevertheless, it's wonderfully balanced with bold flavors.
