Rare Character Single Barrel Bourbon Series Red Dog Cask Strength

Colorado single barrel, from Wyatts. Barrel H1C-019, aged 9 years and 5 months. Nose: fruity, with notes of graham cracker and herbs. Palate: crackers and raisin at the forefront, reminiscent of licorice candy. The mid-palate remains sweet with fig and plum. A long finish with more fruit and mild tannins. This fig and raisin puree flavor lingers! An enjoyable pour!

Nose - Spicy caramel. Palate - Intense cinnamon, wood, and sugar. Finish - The finish is simple, mirroring the palate.

A bit too warm, with notes of port and rye spice.
