Nose: honey, very mild, fruits, raisins, ester, pear, mild toffee, mild wood, flowers after a while, roses perhaps, white nougat, somewhat earthy/spicy Palate: very fruity, very little alcohol, no wood/molasses/earthy notes, honey Finish: medium long, almond, wood at the end, warm A solid sipping rum if you prefer very fruity ones

The aroma is harsh, but it's not excessively sweet.
