Tasted neat with companions in New Orleans at a renowned bourbon establishment. The aroma presented sweet vanilla and Godiva chocolate. The taste was smooth, featuring notes of vanilla and caramel.
Nose: Caramel, figs, cinnamon, crème brûlée, and corn. Strong cinnamon on the palate, accompanied by oaky notes, caramel, vanilla, and toffee.
Very woody. A little too much so. It was tasty, but too expensive.
Overpowering vanilla.
