Nose: Faint, botanical, oceanic, fresh cut grass, white pepper Palate: White pepper, spice, cardamom, cream, peach, banana. A touch tart Finish: Lingering finish. Nutty, wood, sea salt, green olives. The final impression reminds me of the finish of a dirty martini. This is a beautiful Bunnahabhain. Zesty, briny, and with a hint of tropical fruit. Nicely complex and harmonious. I don't detect pineapple, however! Cask: Re-used bourbon barrel 1 of 236 bottles Distilled: 05-25-2005 15 years old
