About this bottle
Part of Penelope Bourbon's Cooper Series, which features bourbons finished in distinctive casks from around the globe, Rio is a new addition. This bourbon, with a mash bill of 74% corn, 7% rye, 16% wheat, and 3% malted barley, undergoes a double finish in American honey barrels and Brazilian Amburana oak, bottled at 98 proof. It was reintroduced in limited quantities nationwide in March 2025. (SRP $79.99)
