This is a very good, cask strength, 4 Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky. It's crafted with a mash bill of Corn, Wheat, Rye & Malted Barley, aged to maturity in new American oak barrels for about 4 years, and then finished in a freshly toasted barrel with a unique char & toast level. The aroma presents notes of grain, wood & spices; the palate is balanced, with hints of brown sugar & honey; leading to a warm finish of moderate length, featuring notes of oak, nutmeg & campfire. Sampled in March 2023.

It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of grain, fruit, wood & spices; while a bold & spicy middle adds notes of cereal grain, oak, cinnamon, nutmeg & a hint of banana; leading to a long & warming finish.
