Peerless Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon "Ginger Whiskey Sour"

This was the first bottle bought during our trip. We had reservations for tours and tastings, and the owner offered us complimentary passes for our next visit. He then recommended we try this bottle. Excellent advice! It has a fruity nose, a dry yet flavorful palate, and a slight, brief burn at the end. Definitely not ordinary! Always a pleasure.
