This bourbon presents like a fruit-forward Speyside Scotch. Its time in Calvados casks imparts a dry minerality, along with toasted oak and crisp apple notes."

The aroma consists of apple, citrus, baking spices, and vanilla. The palate is dry, similar to white wine, with herbaceous notes leading into apple and honey. The finish strongly brings back apple and celery, concluding with lingering vanilla and hints of caramel.
