Old Soul Uncut & Unfiltered Barrel No. 17K30-17

MA selection "The Quiet One" 59.5% Rye spice, oak, and maple syrup on the nose. Astringent, dry at the start. Burnt caramel, semisweet chocolate, barrel spice, rye flour. Warming, dried oak finish. Long finish. Not quite as good as the white label Single Barrels, but still a great pour.
