Having a better experience this time around. I poured a bit while my mint simple syrup chilled for tonight's homemade juleps. The trick is heaps of crushed ice and extra mint added.
Not bad; depending on how diluted it is, the mint flavor can come across as quite medicinal and artificial. Still, it's hard to complain when it's on clearance.
Delicious and requires no preparation. It will get you tipsy surprisingly fast!
By itself, it's sweet. However, it works well in a julep.
