This is awesome. It's very similar to their straight bourbon, but all the rough edges are smoothed out. Packs a stronger caramel flavor, and is flavorful throughout.
Smell: Grainy, grassy, graham cracker Taste: Sweet licorice, not malt-forward, slightly dry, more graham cracker, vanilla finish.
Notes of apple and vanilla are present. Flavors of chocolate and oak emerge. A great pour.
