With a moderate to light body, the familiar notes are present: sweet corn, quite spicy rye, and a solid middle ground of barley. The port influence is subtle, adding just a hint of sweetness to a rather spicy bourbon. A faint grape note emerges near the finish, but overall, the lingering impression is of a well-matured spirit.

Fantastic. A sweet warmth hits first, followed by a pleasant, long, and mellow finish with fruity notes. While I'm not adept at describing flavors, this drink is truly excellent.
Excellent cherry fruit on the nose, incredibly smooth when neat - well executed. A nice pour at the Bookcase and Barber speakeasy in Durango.
Tasted blind - leather, apple, caramel, toasted marshmallow, quite oaky and dry. Long lingering finish
A smooth whisky for everyday sipping.
