Doreen Mcallister 4.0

This Four Grain Bourbon from Oaklore Distillery in North Carolina is made with wheat, rye, corn, and barley. It was aged in toasted American white oak for 4-6 years and bottled at 92 proof. It starts with aromas of grain, wood, nuts, herbs, and spices. The taste brings honey butter cake, toffee, and vanilla crème brûlée. The finish is long and warm with oak, toasted pecan, and butterscotch.

Flaviar Advent 2025 #5. Clear golden amber body with thin legs. Aroma of fruit, toffee, vanilla, and honey. Flavor of fruit, vanilla, toffee, and honey. Medium-light body with moderate warming. 9/4/8/4/16 = 4.1

Significant alcohol on the nose, sweet like honey. It needed a moment to open up, revealing vanilla toffee, a hint of nuttiness, and a touch of spice.

Louise Hummel 5.0

This spirit has a golden amber hue and a fruity scent, leading to delightful nutty notes complemented by toffee and butterscotch.

Donny Herron 3.8

Honey and butterscotch on the nose. Potent alcohol, best served over ice. Finishes with sweetness and nuttiness. Enjoyable with ice.

Cortez Dill 3.8

Flaviar ‘25 A decent lower proof option. The aroma is pleasant and I enjoyed it, though it lacks significant depth.
