Barrel # B254T, 110.4 proof. The nose offers sweet caramel with a trace of fruit, leather, and straw. The palate is very sweet, like caramelized apples. I don't detect much spice. Despite my dislike for the phrase, it's remarkably smooth for being 110 proof. The finish is mild, with sweet straw, but does include a pleasant pepper note. It's very good and serves as a nice introduction to higher-proof whiskey, though it's not particularly complex.

Nose: Oak and brown sugar. Palate: Evokes a maple doughnut. The palate has spice, but is dominated by sweet brown sugar, maple, and toasted oak. Finish: Hot and extended. The sensation lingers, with the heat traveling from the throat down to your esophagus. Thoughts: A very warm, spicy pour. It's enjoyable to sip on a cold winter night.
Made with 75% corn, 21% rye, 2% malted barley. Comes in at 108.4 proof. Flavors include charred corn, scorched apples, toasted caramel, cinnamon, vanilla, charred oak, burnt butter, vanilla, smoke, pepper, and toasted orange and lemon.
Aroma of sweet vanilla and caramel. You can sense the char on the front of the palate, toasted with chocolate. Sweet and creamy in the middle, with a smooth finish. A good pour for its 115 proof.
Nose of bubblegum, mint, and caramel cream with sweet cinnamon notes. Very smoky finish. Unique, but that's typical for this brand.
Acceptable straight, quite pleasant with ice. Flavors of chocolate, dark roast, and toast. Very smooth. Decent finish.
