Aroma of graham cracker and peanut. An almost savory sensation initially, which shifts to vanilla and burnt sugar, coating the tongue. A slight sharpness on the finish.
Notes of caramelized sugar and scorched wood, unfortunately unpleasant. Quite fiery and astringent, it drinks much hotter than its stated proof.
