Wow. Talk about Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a bourbon. Cinnamon is all over the nose and palate, but you smell the sweetness and taste it as sweet and savory. It is a little hot but not overpowering. The heat is in the finish. The sweetness is on the front and middle of the palate. This is damn good and has been winning blind tastings that the store owner has used it in.
