About this bottle

The term "Dutch" in this Dutch Malt Whiskey references the Pennsylvania Dutch settlers of the area. It is produced using Munich-style two-row malted barley (mash bill: 60% malted rye, 40% unmalted rye) sourced from Deer Creek Malt House in Chester County, PA. The spirit undergoes aging for a minimum of six months in new, charred oak containers before being bottled at 102 proof.

Bold, grain-forward notes contend with milk chocolate and coffee notes in an intense, unscripted clash that leaves you exhilarated, unsure of who to support. With some additional aging to mellow the raw edges, I eagerly anticipate seeing how these elements develop in the future. For now, this represents one of the most captivating encounters I've experienced in a long time.
