MBS PICK*** Nose - Sweet syrup, maple syrup, yum. Lots of sugar and hints of leather. Palate - Lots of maple upfront, very delicate and sweet. Finishes with minty herb and cinnamon, but complimentary to the maple. Best NBC pick I've had. Finish - Finish is light and similar to the palate, lingers on the tongue.

Aged for nine years, bottled at 57.78% ABV. Nose: Fresh cut grass, oak, and a hint of maple. Taste: Grassy notes dominate initially, followed by an earthy taste. Maple cookie emerges in the middle, with banana candy notes appearing. The finish brings spearmint, black tea, and a gentle maple presence that's faint but discernible. Oak is more prominent than the maple.
A subtle hint of maple, very well-balanced. It improved as the bottle was consumed halfway through. A good bourbon, though a bit expensive for its quality.
