Nose - Lots of funk. Some cinnamon, pepper and cheese. Not a fan of the nose, kind of punches you with lots of funk. Honey. Palate - Kind of spicy, lots of cinnamon and pepper. Some vanilla and baked desserts. Some honey comes through as it opens. Finish - Lots of light cinnamon and vanilla.
