Smells of lots of vanilla and caramel, with noticeable oak and baking spices. Tastes strongly of cinnamon and nutmeg, with rich caramel and dry tannins appearing at the finish. The end is pleasantly spiced with sweet caramel, a touch dry on the front of the mouth, and a mild burn considering the high alcohol content.
