Alexus Strange 4.8

Nose: Incredibly sweet, strongly evoking Penelope Rio, though this isn't a finished bourbon. Extremely dessert-like on the nose, with notes of cream cheese frosting and cinnamon graham crackers. Palate: Deliciously sweet and smooth. The person mentioned it's around 122 proof, but I would have guessed 107. Pronounced notes of honey, butterscotch, and cinnamon. A strong wave of vanilla appears at the end, followed by a fairly long finish. Absolutely fantastic. A wonderful individual and a memorable experience.

Aroma: Traditional and Sweet. Creme Brulee Body: Full-bodied, complex from beginning to end. Slow onset of the bite. Dessert in the Body and Finish. Finish: Graham cracker Proofed around 105 (He corrected me to 122, which I was surprised by) It is hard to believe this bottle isn't finished in any way, yet it was confirmed. It's truly complete. Reminds me of my experience with ECBP C923. More dark fruit notes and dessert here, but the process follows.
