About this bottle
The third annual Distillery Edition from Milam & Greene, located in Blanco, TX, is created with a mash bill comprising 70% Texas-grown corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% malted barley, activated by a unique yeast. Distilled by Master Distiller Marlene Holmes in a 300-gallon copper pot still, it undergoes barrel aging. This spirit is non-chill filtered and presented at barrel proof, 56.94% ABV (113.88 proof). The blend incorporates just four barrels. Extremely limited quantities were available at the distillery and select Texas retailers starting July 20, 2022.
