About this bottle
Milam & Greene's second annual distillery edition straight bourbon from Blanco, TX, features a mash bill of 70% corn, 22% malted rye, and 8% malted barley, fermented with a unique yeast. Master Distiller Marlene Holmes pot-distilled it in a 300-gallon copper still, and it was barrel-aged for 3.5 years. This non-chill filtered bourbon is bottled at barrel proof, 57.5% ABV, with very limited availability as of October 2021, originating from a blend of only nine barrels.
