Batch 121. Among the finest bourbons I've ever tasted, if not the best. The 100% corn mash bill offers a unique sweetness, and the complexity is remarkable. Abundant caramel, leather, banana, and marshmallow notes. A long finish. Surprisingly worth the $100 price tag. It supports a wonderful local establishment and is truly amazing. The owner let me sample the cask strength version, which is indescribable. I might consider purchasing one ($200) to savor over many years.
