A rich Kentucky Straight Bourbon made with wheat in the traditional corn & barley mash bill, using Kentucky limestone filtered water. It's aged 14 years in American oak barrels, finished 2 years in Pedro Ximenez Cask, bottled at 45% ABV. It starts aromatically with hints of fruits, grains, wood & spices. Its life is delicate with apple, ripe cherry, cornflakes, cinnamon, maple & chocolate, leading to a long brown sugar end.
