Mayor Pingree 10 Year Black Label Bourbon

Actually seven years old. It's sweeter and more complex than the 4-year-old version, with significant barrel influence. There's a hint of menthol in the background. Notes of cherries and anise are present. I like this a lot and would purchase it if it were readily available in Florida. It's a blend of 7, 13, and 12-year-old spirits. This is good enough that I bought a bottle without hesitation.
