A flavored Grappa from Langhe, Italy, created by steeping the fully ripened flowers of the chamomile plant in Grappa for 11 months. It has an intense floral beginning with notes of chamomile and grappa; while an elegant development led to an off-dry finish of medium length. April / June 2020
