(February 2021 release) 55% ABV. An oaky, single barrel Bourbon from Loretto, Kentucky. It was created using a combination of different oak staves added to a Maker's Mark 46 barrel, resulting in a unique flavor profile. It was bottled at 110 proof. The oak staves include: one Maker's 46, two Seasoned French Cuvee, two Roasted French Mendiant, and five Baked American. It begins aromatically with grain, fruit, spices, and oak. The rich middle phase adds graham cracker, caramel apple, chocolate, and toasted marshmallow, leading to a balanced and warming medium-length finish. December 2021 / July 2022

From Loretto, Kentucky, this 2019 single barrel Bourbon (54.9% ABV) uses a special mix of oak staves, creating a distinct flavor profile unlike any other recipe. The staves, including French Cuvee, French mocha, and French spice, were added to Maker's Mark 46. It starts with oak and spice on the nose, moves to sweet vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, and maple syrup in the mouth, and finishes balanced and warming.
