Completely undrinkable. Since 2020, they've used bourbon casks, a type of barrelaging Macallan handles poorly. This is repulsive. I would never purchase this or the 2021 release. The 2017-19 releases used only sherry casks and were worth getting.

It's decent, though somewhat underwhelming. It doesn't compare to prior batches, which were exclusively sherry cask aged.
A decent whiskey, but the cost is too high.
Notes of cinnamon and charred oak.
