Very subdued. Rather one-dimensional. I acquired it for cocktails anyway, in which it excels. It will serve the purpose. It likely also complements delicate cuisines, such as certain seafood, as it won't overpower the palate. Nose: Pears, grapes, corn, olives, cheese, oak, and so forth.
