About this bottle

This vividly blue gin honors the Indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest, who may have been the first in North America to infuse botanicals into alcohol. The striking color originates from Blue Centaurea flowers, native to Europe but now cultivated in the northern U.S. and Canada, commonly used for floral arrangements and as a salad garnish. Aside from the colorful flower, the gin's recipe follows a standard London Dry style, made from 100% grain.
