A powerful, spiced, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey made in Tennessee using at least 51% corn. It's filtered slowly with maple charcoal and aged for at least two years in new American white oak barrels, following the Lincoln County Process. The aroma brings hints of grain, wood, and spices. The taste offers notes of honey, cinnamon, and cardamom, finishing with a balanced, medium-length conclusion. February / August 2022
